Professor Gerry Rayman is a Consultant Physician at the Diabetes and Endocrine Centre, Ipswich Hospitals NHS Trust, and Professor at University of East Anglia. Emma Page is a Transformation lead at East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust and GIRFT’s program lead for IP3D, a program aimed at Improving the Perioperative Pathway for People with Diabetes.
Emma brings knowledge and experience gained over her 17 years working in the NHS, which started in Primary Care Mental Health before moving across to work in Diabetes Care seven years ago.
Emma has a particular interest in diabetes perioperative care, self-management and diabetes inpatient care and has published and co-authored a number of papers in this area.
